Two pieces from Jonathan Blake's Fall/Winter 2013 collection.

When you've reached Jonathan Blake status and your fashion shows are invite-only affairs stamped upon select social calendars months in advance, it pays to be somewhat inexplicit. Which may explain why designer Jonathan Tinkle—when asked by a pesky reporter to disgorge a few details about tomorrow's 2014 Fall/Winter Couture Fashion Presentation at the Omni Hotel—opted to remain tight-lipped.

"I would describe it as sophistcated, but edgy," he revealed when pressed, possibly while reclining on an antique chaise, but while also gamely failing to note that the collection's theme is, in fact, "sophisticated edginess."

"I've added furs and a lot more and I'm playing with some new fabrics," Tinkle said. "It's not as simple as some of my past work."

Tomorrow's fashion presentation and cocktail reception is invite-only, but those looking for a more robust preview are encouraged to attend Tinkle's trunk show on Thursday and Friday. (Details below).
