March Madness is in the air. Whether or not your bracket still stands, college basketball's annual tourney has you and your friends glued to all the available stats. If you weren't able to get tickets, why not enjoy the games somewhere like Las Vegas?
Every year, thousands of NCAA fans flock to the strip for its annual March Mayhem celebration. Many plan these trips in advance, but there are still last-minute deals to be had if you know where to look. We've rounded up a few of the best ones right here.
The first place you should look is the city's March Mayhem website, which offers users a great platform to find flight and hotel deals. Just enter your preferred dates, and the search will generate available prices and deals. If you visit the websites for Southwest and Spirit Airlines you may well find other great last-minute deals for interested college basketball fans.
If you're not too worried about dates and times, Spirit has you covered. 7 a.m. and 10:25 p.m. weekend flights from Bush Intercontinental Airport will cost you just $149.09 one way -- if you're willing to join Spirit's $9 Fare Club and fly baggage-less.
Schedule-concious travelers should check out Southwest's deals. Beginning March 27th, Southwest offers one-way flights from Houston for as low as $201. Return flights the following week and weekend drop as low as $172.
