Tuesday at Goodnight Charlie's, Wilmer Valderrama, most known for his role as Fez on That 70’s Show, celebrated Election Day with Johnnie Walker and its “Keep Walking America” campaign.
At 7 p.m. he addressed the crowd: “It’s a historic day for our community."
He spoke about how the “Keep Walking America” campaign is about moving America forward, focusing on immigrants. He encouraged the crowd, preaching about “being fearless, continuing to tell your stories and continuing to communicate with one another so that so we can move forward together.”
Before leaving the stage he shared: “This campaign is about telling our stories, it’s about continuing to redefine ourselves, as a community and as immigrants. When you look in the mirror you should be proud to say, 'I’m an immigrant.'”
Johnnie Walker provided free servings of their signature drink, “The Future,” during the event. It was a tasty, sweet cocktail featuring Johnnie Walker Black Label, tarragon and lemon oleo syrup, and a lime wedge.
Johnnie Walker also partnered with Lyft that evening to provide $10 off all rides.
