The MS Analytics program at Texas A&M University was created with the purpose of producing thought leaders and innovators in big data. It offers a unique approach, delivering all program content through a novel mix of live-video, distance education and traditional face-to-face, an in class instruction at the Mays Business School’s custom education facility at Houston CityCentre. Companies are shifting more and more to a data driven decision model but face the challenge of a lack of people with deep analytical skills to make sense of the data.  Recognizing this increasing demand, many universities have introduced post-graduate programs to better equip their students with the skills needed to confidently tackle this crucial role. Very few, however, offer both the flexibility and real-world applications of Texas A&M’s Master of Science in Analytics. A part-time program taught in small cohorts for working professionals, with classes designed to teach real world applications. The students have the option to attend class via live video or in person at the Mays Business School CityCentre facility in Houston, an ideal environment with excellent amenities ideal for executive learning.

Offering a real world approach to big data, the program offers an optional work-based capstone project as part of graduation requirement. Students pair up with a faculty member that serves a project coach and take on the task of solving problems facing their organizations.

Admissions is cohort based and is only offered every fall. There is still a limited amount of seats available for the upcoming fall 2018 class. Apply now! Don’t wait! Go to: https://analytics.stat.tamu.edu/for-students/student-spotlight/
