Don't fret. There are still plenty of margaritas in Houston to go around.

Montrose's El Tiempo Cantina 1308 is closing to make way for apartments.

According to a Houston Business Journal report, the popular Tex-Mex outpost, part of the El Tiempo chain of restaurants, will serve customers for the last time on July 31. HBJ says El Tiempo's Roland Laurenzo said in a release that an apartment project—originally planned in 2015—will finally be going forward at the current Cantina 1308 space.

After the closing of Cantina 1308, there will be seven locations in the chain, including the newly opened Montrose location on Westheimer.
