Here comes Koffeteria. The cafe and bakeshop from celebrated pastry chef Vanarin Kuch will be opening November 15 at 1110 Hutchins St., #102, in EaDo.

It would be easy to just list the kind of food you should expect to eat at Koffeteria, but instead, let's just direct you to its Instagram. These items—combining traditional pastries with wild ideas and international influences—are pretty eye-catching.

Some of the items Kuch will be creating: Hot Cheeto croissant, beef pho kolache, morita pepper and mango sorbet.

Kuch has a deep resume. He began at Tiny Boxwoods, then moved onto New York spots like Gotham Bar & Grill and Bolud Sud, and opened the Albert at Hotel EMC2 in Chicago, before returning to Houston to open his own concept.

The Cambodian-Houstonian competed on Top Chef: Just Desserts and was nominated for Food & Wine's Best New Pastry Chef award.
