You can now get Bread Man Baking Co. goods at five Whole Foods Market locations in Houston (Bellaire, Kirby, Montrose, Post Oak, and coming soon, Voss). The company was started by Tasos Katsaounis, who longed to recreate family recipes, and has blown up in a short time. Also find Bread Man on Saturdays at the Urban Harvest Farmers Market (8 a.m. to noon, 2752 Buffalo Speedway).

Decatur Bar & Pop-Up Factory, in the former Beaver's space, is throwing a grand opening party with a crawfish boil. Join resident chef Evelyn Garcia and Willet Fang of burger-chan starting at 11 a.m. Saturday. Your first two pounds of mudbugs are free (from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.), and each pound after is $4.99 per. There'll also be music, a DJ, a market, workshops, and prizes. 

On Thursday, several Houston area restaurants will be donating a percentage of sales to AIDS Foundation Houston as part of the annual Dining Out For Life event. The participating restaurants include Alice Blue, B&B Butchers and B.B. Lemon, El RealNobie's, and Tacos a Go-Go. (Full list here.

The BuzzFeed social food network Tasty (you know, those overhead cooking videos that used to show up all time on your Facebook feed) is hosting a cooking demo on Thursday night at the Kroger at 1035 N. Shepherd Dr. featuring Bun B and his wife Queenie. The fun starts at 4 p.m. 

Radio Milano is hosting a Botanical Dinner from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Thursday. For $60 per person, you'll get a four-course meal of fresh, crisp, herbacious, and balanced spring fare (for example, the "herbacious" course is herb-crusted tenderloin with mashed potato, asparagus, rosemary, and thyme). Rainbow Lodge has just launched a new menu of Old Fashioneds. We're talking a host of spirit variations, from Texas bourbon to anejo to pineapple rum. The new menu of six Old Fashioneds from Rainbow Lodge beverage manager Marc Borel is now available.

Killen's TMX has introduced its lunch menu, which includes a more relaxed run of Tex-Mex combo plates (like a plate of three enchiladas: cheese, brisket, and chicken tinga). Plus there are a host of taco plates, from pork belly street tacos to fried shrimp. 

Sit Lo at Finn Hall is hosting a Viet-Cajun crawfish boil with Crawdad Kings starting at 3:30 p.m. Friday. When they sell out, they're done.
