Good morning! Good afternoon! Good night! What’s for breakfast?

In case you haven’t noticed, all day is a thing in Houston. More and more, restaurants are rolling out eggs, waffles, bacon, pancakes, French toast, and bagels from sunup to sundown, and we aren’t complaining—far from it. We can’t get enough! We want three over-easy eggs at 8:30, a heaping pile of griddle cakes at noon, shrimp and grits at 5, and for dessert, how’s about one of the finest glazed doughnuts in town?

Which is why we’re celebrating all things breakfast-all-day here at Houstonia, from our favorite dishes, to brunch cocktails, to late-night eats, kolaches, coffee, and more.  So get ready! We’ve got a full day ahead of us.
