Created in honor of the tenth anniversary of the downtown park, Mexico City collective Cocolab’s site-specific kinetic installation places 1,600 pinwheels along the live oak–lined Brown Foundation Promenade. After night falls, real-time light projections react to the shifting wind; visitors can also create their own breeze at one of four “activation stations.”
