The name has changed, and so has the menu—but the restaurant inside this two-story Montrose manse still has plenty of homemade healthy options for its longtime customers. Favorites include edamame hummus with spicy Sriracha, grilled fish tacos with fresh guacamole and pineapple salsa, and the house-made veggie sausage on the breakfast menu, served until 3 p.m. every day.
