Anne and Albert Chao hosted a kick-off party for the 2017 Houston Ballet Ball in their home as over 120 guests enjoyed cuisine by City Kitchen while sipping wine and champagne, hand selected by Albert Chao himself.

Master pianist Gilbert Sedeño charmed attendees with much loved tunes, and invitees enjoyed a flawless selection of fine jewelry curated by Houston Ballet’s preferred jewelry partner Tenenbaum Jewelers and owners Tony Bradfield and Kevin Black.

Most deserving Ballet Ball honoree Ann Trammell accepted accolades from Houston Ballet Executive Director James Nelson, and the crowd erupted in applause for Diane Lokey Farb, who has graciously agreed to once again underwrite a performance by perennial Ballet Ball favorite Party on the Moon.

Guests departed the soiree eagerly anticipating the Ballet Ball, scheduled to take place on February 25, 2017, at the Wortham Theater Center.
