The River Oaks District welcomed its newest restaurant Steak 48 with a grandiose three night preview dinner. The contemporary steakhouse hosted the exclusive red carpet event which raised over $43,000 for deserving charities: Children's Memorial Hermann Hospital, Big Brothers Big Sisters Lone Star Chapter, and Dress for Success. Brothers and Restauranteurs Jeffrey and Michael Mastro indulged their guests with a lavish spread at their two-story, 13,700-square-foot space. The over 250 attendees enjoyed craft cocktails, wine, and martinis as well as prime choice steaks cut daily by an in-house butcher. The benefit was held to welcome the Phoenix-based Steak 48 to the Houston community.

"It is top priority for our team to establish long-lasting and positive relationships with the Houston community." explained Oliver Badgio, Senior Vice-President of Prime Steak Concepts, "We are thrilled with the warm welcome we have received in Houston and look forward to continually offering the best experience possible to our guests."

Steak 48 is now open to the public. For more information click here to visit their website.
