On October 19, 2017 Houston Children’s Charity (HCC) hosted their young professionals group’s, Young Houstonians for Houston Children’s Charity, fall mixer at Hotel Zaza. 200 guests enjoyed a fun evening of post-work networking and happy hour drink specials. Young Houstonians for Houston Children’s Charity Founding Chair, Rachael Gordon, addressed the crowd, welcoming guests and thanking them for their participation and generosity. Raffle tickets were also sold with the chance to win various items and experiences including a one-night stay-cation at Hotel ZaZa which includes an overnight stay plus spa treatments and dinner for two at Monarch, a $200 Planet Blue gift card, a $300 Frasier Jewelry gift card and a free one-year membership to Young Houstonians for Houston Children’s Charity. Event sponsors include Texas Mattress Makers and Hotel ZaZa. The evening raised over $5,000 to benefit Houston Children’s Charity efforts.
Houston Children’s Charity is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for Greater Houston’s underprivileged, abused, and disabled children who have been otherwise left behind. The scope of HCC’s support is limited only by the availability of resources. HCC’s goal is to leave no legitimate request for assistance unanswered.
