BACK IN APRIL, A NASTY LITTLE STORM called a “wet microburst” produced winds of over 80 miles per hour out at Hobby Airport, causing damage to the hangar run by private company Jet Linx. Despite the microburst, Jet Linx Houston continued its operations without delay or interruption. But, lo, six months later, the Omaha-based company has just debuted a new member-only base with 77 percent more space— 58,00-square feet, to be exact—including a new hangar, private lounge, and conference room.
The new flight hub for Jet Linx Houston is the latest update to the company’s national portfolio, which includes new base locations in Chicago, New York and Boston, plus a terminal expansion in D.C. as well. More bases are located in Atlanta, Detroit, Houston, Indianapolis, Dallas, Fort Worth, Denver, San Antonio, Scottsdale, St Louis, Tulsa, and Nashville.
