On November 30, patrons arrived at the Wortham Theater for a one-night-only performance of Jubilee of Dance, followed by an onstage dinner, to celebrate the company’s return to the theater after Hurricane Harvey. The company's members showcased their talents with performances of some signature works and beloved classics such as Don Quixote, Romeo & Juliet and Swan LakeFollowing the performance, more than 200 guests made their way onstage for a multi-course dinner catered by Jackson and Company.

The décor, created by Bergner and Johnson, transformed the stage into an intimate space with gold-covered tables and vibrant floral centerpieces. Candles flickered as they were scattered among the tables, providing a warm and glowing atmosphere. A backdrop that was used in The Nutcracker was used that evening. Thanks to the generous and dedicated support of Houston Ballet donors, the evening raised more than $160,000 for the organization, making it one of the most successful onstage dinners for the company.
