The 340-unit complex developed by Dallas-based Trammell Crow Residential held its grand opening on February 15, when guests mingled at a private party on the building's second-floor amenity space. The gathering offered an intimate look at the property's club room and resort-style pool deck, where DJ Senega spun hits and partygoers sipped champagne and munched appetizers from The Tasting Room, located next door to the new housing.
From there, Alexan tours showed the seven-story building's features, including its fitness center, sky lounge, infinity pool, and residential layouts, which range from studios to two-bedrooms and feature a variety of configurations. Rents start at $1,280; the largest two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit, at 1,479 square feet, starts at $3,965. Homes offer patio views and mezzanine spaces, and amenities include gas ranges; stainless steel appliances; granite, quartz, and marble countertops; walk-in closets with custom shelving; and wine refrigerators.
As the property's name indicates, CityCentre–the upscale mixed-use development–is next door. Walk Score rates the area's walkability at 63, a "somewhat walkable" grade—meaning some errands can be accomplished on foot. By comparison, Houston's average Walk Score is 49.
