Saturday, May 13, at the Hilton Americas, guests of the JDRF Houston Gulf Coast Chapter enjoyed a colorful and festive evening.
The theme of Havana Nights featured a seated dinner of Cuban-inspired dishes. There were silent and live auctions with unique experiences ranging from a trip to the Formula 1 US Grand Prix in Austin to a stay at La Pietra Villa in Italy. The ball raised over $1.6 million for Type 1 Diabetes research.
