On Thursday, September 27 guests attended Grit & Glamour; an evening celebration of the launch of the Got Boobs? platform at The Majestic Theater. The platform is an active movement and tool to inspire all individuals affected by breast cancer, including fighters and survivors, caretakers, loved ones of those fighting a breast cancer battle, and those who are just curious.
Guests enjoyed dinner and dessert from Squash Blossom Catering and My Dainty Cakes while listening to The Physician & Patient Advisory Board discuss the importance of connection, empowerment, and inspiration during and after a breast cancer diagnosis.
Got Boobs? founder and breast cancer survivor Maliha Mian wanted to make sure breast cancer fighters and survivors felt beautiful just as they are, by honoring their stories and giving them the stage to showcase their own personal glamour as they walked in “Strut Your Stuff,” a mini fashion show with female and male breast cancer fighters.
