Do You Have What It Takes to Write for Gastronaut?

We want you squz4z

We want you!

Do you get as much pleasure from gripping a pen as you do from holding a fork? We’re expanding our dining and drinking coverage on Houstonia‘s Gastronaut blog—and that’s where you come in.

Gastronaut is a destination for up-to-the-minute restaurant news, and we want to hear yours—but our blog is more than a clearing house for openings and closings. It’s our goal to highlight all that’s unique and delicious about Houston’s dining scene, whether it’s a hole-in-the-wall taqueria, that vegan place down the road or an under-appreciated dish at an old favorite. We’re looking for stories not just about restaurants, but about local food producers and farmers. Houstonia covers the city (and its food!) from all angles, and we’re seeking unique perspectives like yours.

Think you’ve got what it takes? Email us your pitches at gastronaut@houstoniamag.com. We can’t wait to chew the fat.
