houston’s hottest real estate listing is 9030 Sandringham Drive, and this house has everything—a basketball court, batting cage, home theater, resort-style pool and spa, hair salon, wine grotto, wood-burning pizza oven, and 300-pound Chinese baby deejay DJ Baby Bak Choy—wait, no, we’re getting that last one mixed up.

But seriously, one of Houston’s finest luxury homes has hit the market for a pretty penny: $24.5 million. The nearly 22,000-square-foot, eight-bedroom, 15-bathroom contemporary home is tucked away in the heart of Memorial on more than two acres, and it really does have nearly everything.

The circa-2008 modern home from Sullivan, Henry, Oggero & Associates is the first of its kind to go on sale in Houston, and it’s the definition of luxury living with near-countless amenities and custom details, from a chef’s kitchen with Miele appliances to a state-of-the-art gym with a Roma steam shower.

The aforementioned home theater comfortably seats 10, while the spacious, climate-controlled, raised acrylic wine room with its wall-to-wall built-ins and floating marble-slabbed island is sure to entice the most discerning oeonophiles. And while plenty of other Memorial mansions probably tout on-site hair salons, how many of them can claim a hydraulic height-adjustable leather salon chair and shampoo bowl? This is not just a vanity in a well-lit room, people.

Guests arrive to the tranquil estate via a custom ironwork gate and are met with meticulously manicured grounds and contemporary landscaping once they’re buzzed in. A gas lantern-illuminated entryway leads to a sleek, angular, avant-garde facade marked by luxury aluminum Fleetwood doors and windows.

Inside the opulent foyer, a custom iron-and-glass staircase takes centerstage thanks to soaring ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with light. Modern touches are expertly sprinkled throughout, like geometric wallpaper, sheer drapery panels, herringbone floor tiles, and designer light fixtures. The result is a swanky, dazzling residence—or, to put it bluntly, design porn.

Also, a word about that basketball court—it’s a true half-size court with scoreboard and all, plus a Hoshisaki ice machine and Elkay wall-hung water fountain to stay hydrated during the game. Burnt orange painted accents are a nod to the UT Longhorns.

If you can bear to leave the massive soaking tub of the glamorous master suite, you’ll find an outdoor oasis in the resort-style pool, loggia, and entertainment pavilion with wood-paneled, vaulted ceiling; oversized fan; recessed lighting; Viking grill and Earthstone Los Angeles wood-burning pizza oven; bar seating; outdoor dining space; and fireplace.

So, if you’ve got a cool $25 million to spare … party at your place?
