There are two Hot Breads in Houston; this one, not to be confused with the unrelated Hillcroft location, is a link in a Southern Indian chain. We can't pass by without taking a chicken tikka croissant and slice of pistachio cake to go, but those who sit down are treated to dosas, uthapams and panini with spicy fillings.
