San Antonio comes alive in spring with new things for the whole family to enjoy. Experience new thrills at our theme parks. Discover exhibits and artworks at our museums and galleries. Explore our great outdoors, and so much more.

Want full-throttle excitement? Check out the all-new Ihu’s Breakaway Falls, the tallest drop slide in Texas, at SeaWorld & Aquatica San Antonio. Head to Six Flags Fiesta Texas, home to the Wonder Woman Golden Lasso Coaster—the world’s first single-rail coaster. Opening April 12th is the new LEGOLAND Discovery Center, and SEA LIFE Aquarium, opening May 2019.

Looking for a cultural diversion? Discover The Witte Museum, featuring Planet Pioneers for an extraordinary, extraterrestrial experience or The DoSeum, our children’s museum, featuring How People Make Things inspired by the Mister Rogers’ Factory Tours. Take a self-guided bike ride along Mission Reach and explore four of the five Spanish colonial missions that with the Alamo, make up Texas’ only UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Don’t miss the newly redesigned San Pedro Creek Culture Park where colorful murals tell stories of San Antonio’s rich cultural history. Head to Hemisfair park and play at Yanaguana Garden’s splash pad and play scape of ropes and slides, dine al fresco and enjoy everything from sweet treats to pizza from nearby restaurants. In the evening, view the captivating video art installation, “San Antonio | The Saga” on the façade of the San Fernando Cathedral at Main Plaza.

Plan your San Antonio family adventure.
