THOUGH Texas CONTINUES TO SEE RECORD-HIGH NUMBERS of new COVID-19 cases since Memorial Day, our state’s re-opening continues on, and with that comes the right to staycation. For those seeking an escape, there is some good news—the hotel industry has embraced new guidelines from the American Hotel & Lodging Association to protect the safety and health of guests and staff, including employee COVID-19 training, social distancing, and enhanced cleaning practices.

The following Houston hotels all have new safety protocols in place, and they all have open pool areas, which we all know is the main reason you want to book that stay. You can also find more deals at visithoustontexas.com, and remember, if you decide to book a staycation, practice social distancing and wear your mask to help stop the spread.
