Flower Child from Phoenix-based Fox Restaurant Concepts has locations in Uptown and in The Woodlands.

Called Roula’s Greek Getaway, the $8.95 sandwich pays tribute to the radio host’s Greek heritage; her family owns Christie’s Seafood & Steaks and has been operating restaurants in the Houston area since 1917.
