Views from the kitchen at Underbelly Hospitality's new restaurant, Wild Oats.

Now that we've gotten the romance and roses out of the way, it’s time to get back to doing what Houston does best: eat. Make reservations at Underbelly Hospitality’s new eatery, Wild Oats, or test out all-new menu items from Night Moves Hospitality’s Chivos, Space Cowboy, and Trash Panda restaurants.

After you've wined and dined, get back to business and find out where to vote early for the March primary. The Rockets also have a busy week on the road, with three games back to back.

Start your week here.

Underbelly Hospitality opens Wild Oats.

Wild Oats, the latest concept from Chris Shepherd’s Underbelly Hospitality, is serving elevated Texan cuisine at the Houston Farmer’s Market. But this isn’t your regular rodeo. With a menu curated by Chef Nick Fine, the selections are a direct reflection of the Lone Star State, with dishes like Armadillo Eggs, Short Rib Fajitas, and Crispy Pork Shank. The concept opened last week and is currently taking reservations.

Wild Oats, located inside the Houston Farmer’s Market, 2520 Airline Dr. Suite C-315. Make reservations here.

Early voting for the March primary begins.

Today’s the day! Bring a valid ID and head to the polls for early voting ahead of the March primary. Visit the Harris Votes website to see where you can cast your votes.

Try the revamped food menus from Night Moves Hospitality.

As we near spring, Night Moves Hospitality is revitalizing menus at three restaurants: Trash Panda Drinking Club, Chivos, and Space Cowboy. Chef John Lindauer is pivoting Trash Panda’s offerings to focus more on pasta dishes such as Ravioli, Lasagna, and Carbonara. Chivos’ ever-changing menu will now include Bone Marrow Tacos, courtesy of chef Thomas Bille, and Space Cowboy is offering a half-off special on its new custom tacos like Baja Fish and Jerk Chicken Tacos.
