Alba Huerta is the consummate hostess, so it makes sense that she’d run the consummately Southern, consummately elegant Julep, a bourbon bar that focuses on—what else?—its eponymous cocktail. Feel free to sample a variety of different juleps and a multitude of bourbons, but whatever you try, make sure to pair it with fresh oysters on the half shell, which come beautifully arranged on ice.
