The French bread panini—with prosciutto, red onion, French basil, melted brie, and honey— strikes a wonderful balance between sweet and salty and features the perfect combination of crunchy exterior and light interior. Despite its richness, the El Capitan is served in a modest portion, perfect for lunch.
