Not only that, the decor, and often the atmosphere, are both quite pleasant; things get rowdy when the late-night craziness takes over and revelers stream in from neighboring Montrose clubs. The long menu and value are true to local Vietnamese restaurant traditions, though English predominates, and there is an absence of tendon and tripe available for the pho.
