Fresh seafood is a given on the coast, but Steve's takes matters a step further by seasoning that fish with herbs grown onsite. They find their way into uncommon dishes such as shrimp tikka and grits, blackened catfish coconut curry or the Swamp platter, stacked with catfish, frog legs, alligator, crawfish and a cup of étouffée.
