Description
Popular Viet-Cajun seafood chain Boiling Crab started in California, where the chain now has around a dozen locations, in addition to one in Houston, one in Dallas, and one in Las Vegas. The décor is an over-the-top send-up of nautically themed restaurants, complete with plastic fish, netting, and navigation buoys. Though the raw oysters, fried seafood baskets, and Viet-Cajun extras are sure to please, The Boiling Crab’s claim to fame is the boiled crabs and crawfish with “original” seasoning, lemon butter, garlic butter, or the popular “whole sha-bang,” a combination of the other three. Heat levels range from mild to “I can’t feel my mouth.”
