Theo’s, like many of its fans, is a late riser and a night owl, open daily from 10 a.m. until 4 a.m. Known as One’s A Meal until 2011, Theo’s still offers the same menu of Greek specialties—like pastitsio and moussaka—that’s made it a Montrose favorite for so many years. And it seems to have retained its colorful, charming servers all these years, too.
