The big draw at Witchcraft is the 20 or so craft beers on tap from well-regarded brewers both local and national. But this cozy eatery in a short strip center sports an appropriately small menu featuring a couple of flatbreads, salads, a half dozen burgers, pot stickers, and a handful of shareable plates—all more carefully considered than typical pub grub. The standout burger is decked with blue-veined Stilton, bacon, sweetened onions, and sautéed mushrooms.
