What to Eat and Drink at Daikin Park During the 2026 Astros Season
It’s the best time of the year: baseball season. And while the Houston Astros have lost some great players over the years, die-hard fans will always show up to the stadium to support the home team, and you can’t do that without the right amount of fuel.
Sure, you could cheer on the ’Stros with hot dogs, peanuts, and Cracker Jacks, but Daikin Park (always Minute Maid Park in our hearts) knows how to open a season.
This year, the stadium debuts new concessions—the Onion Station, Crust City Pizza, Coffee & Cocktails, and Whataburger—plus an expanded beverage program with frozen drinks galore and featured cocktails and partnerships with brands like Jim Beam Bourbon, Tito’s Vodka, and Hornitos Reposado Tequila.
Here’s a breakdown of what to eat and drink at Daikin Park this baseball season.
New concessions
Coffee & Cocktails
Atrium, Section 106
Baseball fans can stay energized for game night with espressos, Americanos, and Vietnamese iced coffee, or boozy, caffeinated drinks, like a Coffee Old-Fashioned, Wake Up Call (a carajillo jazzed up with Maker’s Mark Bourbon and vanilla syrup), and Kentucky Connections, a mix of Maker’s Mark, Disaronno amaretto, espresso, and cold foam.
Crust City Pizza
Sections 116, 153, 411, and 429
While cheese and pepperoni slices are available, Crust City Pizza's creative side shines through with its menu. The Buffalo chicken pizza features layers of chicken tenders with ranch and buffalo sauce, while the Crawford Dog pizza takes it further by stacking sweet barbecue sauce, Crawford Bock bacon onion jam, whole-milk mozzarella, hot dogs, and yellow mustard on a single pie.
Onion Station
Atrium, Section 106
If you’re a fan of onion rings, this stand is for you. Fans can snag breaded and deep-fried onions three ways. Try the Boomin Onion, served with your choice of the station’s special Boom Boom sauce or ranch dressing. Turn up the heat with the H-Town Hot Boomin Onion, loaded with popcorn chicken for extra sustenance and its signature combination of hot sauce and hot honey aioli. Or, go full barbecue with the BBQ Pork Burnt End Boomin Onion, topped with smoked pork, creamy queso blanco, pickled red onions, barbecue sauce, and barbecue aioli.
Whataburger
Section 156
Texas’s favorite fast-food burger joint brings its burgers, fries, and shakes to the ballpark. No further explanation needed.
New dishes
Brisket Doughnuts
Sections 134 and 409
Despite the name, there’s no glaze involved. Two portions of brisket are shaped like doughnuts, deep-fried, drizzled with barbecue sauce, and served with a side of macaroni and cheese. Eat the two dishes separately or combine them for the ultimate flavor bomb.
Banh Mi Dog
Sections 113, 129, 155, 213, 416, 427
Hot dogs are a classic baseball treat, but there might be a new sheriff in town, and it’s fused with one of Houston’s sandwich obsessions. Grab a footlong banh mi hot dog this year, garnished with daikon radish slaw, diced bacon, chopped cilantro, and Sriracha aioli.
Crawlache
Sections 113 and 427
A kolache, Daikin Park–style: Slovacek's pepper jack sausage on a stick, wrapped in puff pastry, and served with honey mustard for dipping.
Fried Pickle Spears
Section 206 and 420 portable
Maple Brisket Wafflewich
section 109
Get a dose of sweet and savory with this handheld. Shredded brisket is topped with Ricos cheese sauce and pickled red onions, sandwiched between two waffles, and drizzled with maple syrup.
New drinks
Daikin Park has upped its frozen beverage game. Find the StrosRita, a frozen mix of fresh juice, margarita mix, and Hornitos Reposado, in the Diamond Club (Section 128).
Sip Branson Cognac frosés and espresso martinis in Sections 113, 127, 210; the Diamond Club; and Gallagher Club (the espresso martini is also served in the Atrium).
Try the Daikin Park–exclusive Stros Barrel Select, a single-barrel Maker’s Mark bourbon hand-crafted by the Astros and stadium management company Aramark (available in sections 111, 205, and 423, and private clubs and suites).
Elsewhere, look for Jim Beam & Lemonades; Tito’s Crush City Mules (Tito’s vodka, fresh lime and orange juice, and ginger beer); Branson Phantom VS Cognac and Colas; and Hornitos Ranch Waters with a Tajín rim available upon request.
Feeling fancy? Raise a toast. The stadium pours two types of Le Chemin du Roi, the official champagne of the Houston Astros, in Section 210, as well as its private clubs and suites.
The classics
Dive fingers-first into an order of wings from Pluckers Wing Bar, or head to Elote & Pupusas (sections 124, 157, and 410), which dishes out elote, quesadillas, empanadas, chipotle chicken pupusas, and chicken tinga tostadas, plus paletas and aguas frescas.
The Butcher and Butcher Express (sections 105, 116, 152, 224, 408, and 434) serves 18-hour smoked brisket, pork loin, loaded baked potatoes, and chopped brisket sandwiches. For queso, taquitos, or quesadillas, Taqueria Arandas (sections 154 and 420) can handle any Tex-Mex craving.
Home & Away (sections 113, 129, 156, and 427) serves stadium staples, including hot dogs, sausages, nachos, pretzels, and peanuts. For something more loaded, try the Crawford Dog, two griddled all-beef hot dogs topped with Crawford Bock bacon onion jam and mustard (sections 111 and 420).
For something sweet, Cookies and Creamery (sections 106, 128, 153, 224, 251, 411, and 429), scoops Blue Bell ice cream in waffle cones or cups, plus brownie sundaes. Request your ice cream in one of the helmet-shaped bowls—they’re the best souvenir you didn’t plan on buying.
