You can order off the menu at Annam during the week, but the real time to visit is on the weekends, when the restaurant lays out a lavish spread of lunch-buffet specials, from crab curry to the famous South Indian shark dish sura puttu. For dinner, ordering off the tandoori menu is the way to go; the sampler sizzler is our favorite, featuring everything from yogurt-marinated shrimp to lamb kebab.
