At this restaurant across the street from the Galleria, Efisio Farris has recreated the traditional, rustic cuisine of his native Sardinia. Chef Luigi Shimaz serves the island’s classic Mediterranean seafood dishes: his roasted octopus is sensational, as is his linguine with clams, topped with the dried fish roe called bottarga. The menu also features carpaccios, risottos, homemade pastas, and pizzas from a wood-burning oven, as well as a wine list that includes several private-label bottles made from ancient varieties of Sardinian grapes. Eat in the elegant dining room, the very social bar, or al fresco on the patio.
