What was once a series of rambling, black-and-pink structures in a vacant lot has matured into a bricks-and-mortar restaurant in the heart of Spring, where owners Will and Nichole Buckman continue to scramble to keep up with the increasing crush of ’Q hounds who find their way out to this little barbecue joint. The hours may say that the 'cue is served until 6 p.m., but insiders know the Buckmans usually sell out of their brisket, pulled pork and smoked turkey long before then.
