Description

The darlings of the mobile truck scene are now running a playful bricks-and-mortar restaurant, Eatsie Boys Café, in the former Kraftsmen Café location on Montrose. The high-spirited “EBoys” serve comfort foods for breakfast such as yogurt and granola, pastries, egg dishes, biscuits and gravy, and a bagel plate with smoked salmon. For lunch, matzoh ball pho is everybody’s favorite soup, and don’t miss the “Frank the Pretzel” sandwich, a pretzel bun filled with chicken-poblano sausage and sautéed onions. For sweets, there’s the “frozen awesome,” the Eatsie Boys’ house-made ice cream.
