Eddie V’s is where Houston goes to splurge on seafood, whether at the super-swanky West Ave. location or the more laid-back (but no less elegant) one at CityCentre. The shellfish tower is the best way to impress a guest: a double-decker silver platter is heaped with crushed ice, shrimp, oysters, and jumbo lump crab, with a whole Maine lobster as the cherry on top. Another excellent way to enjoy Eddie V’s lobster is in its tacos, served on homemade corn tortillas. Not in a seafood mood? Alongside the Pacific swordfish, Scottish salmon, and Alaskan halibut, you’ll also find a menu of premium black Angus steaks.
