Sometimes forgotten in the sea of top-notch steakhouses in Houston, Fleming's still deservedly stands with the big boys. USDA prime beef stars (as it should), but the restaurant also offers a quality selection of seafood, chicken and pork chops. Standard steakhouse sides such as loaded baked potatoes, thick onion rings and creamed spinach, but don't pass on the mac-and-cheese delightfully spun with creamy chipotle cheddar.
