Arguably the favorite child of the Goode family (which also includes Goode Co. Barbeque and Goode Co. Taqueria), Goode Co. Seafood is the spot to beat in Houston when it comes to campechana. The seafood cocktail is a tangy, sweet, and salty parfait glass full of Gulf goodness (both shrimp and blue crab), topped off with avocado and roasted chiles. Also tough to top: po-boys filled with mesquite-grilled shrimp and Goode Co.’s signature remoulade sauce. You can hit the Memorial location on Katy Freeway in a pinch, but it’s the original Goode Co. Seafood in the old train car on Westpark we prefer.
