There is little doubt that this is Houston's only Venezuelan-Syrian fusion restaurant. You probably didn't even know you wanted to try Latin kibbeh, but Gusto's got it, along with falafel tostadas and a pita sandwich stuffed with shredded beef, plantains, black beans and tahini.
