Among the panini, we like the venison-pineapple with venison sausage, aged cheddar, caramelized onions and pineapple jam and the Oaxacan, which pairs smoked chicken with black beans, pico de gallo, crema and tomatillo sauce. The provisions include local products ranging from hot sauces, frozen custard and coffee to the popcorn that Houston Panini & Provisions makes on site based off an original recipe from the owner's grandfather.
