Description

Kuu (pronounced "koo") translates to "the art of eating" and the beautifully plated dishes almost make you feel guilty for disturbing them. Chef Adison Lee honed his craft under Nobu Matsushisa of Nobu fame and has brought his skills to the Memorial City area. The sushi rolls are inventive and the sashimi is among the highest quality in town. Do not pass on their signature Kanpaccio, a carpaccio of kanpachi (amberjack), Texas orange, yuzu, garlic soy and Thai chile.
