By day, La Fisheria’s vivid ceviches and equally vivid dining room evoke a breezy vacation spent in Veracruz. At night, the lights dim and the coastal Mexican spot gets creative with finely turned entrées such as fideo soup with crab, clams, chorizo, and grilled mussels in chipotle sauce.
