Description

This cozy, highly anticipated eatery and bar from Goodnight Hospitality was perhaps the most-Instagrammed restaurant in town when it opened in August, and the most-Instagrammable drink on its Italian-inspired cocktail menu is hands-down the Lambrusco Spritz. It’s as photogenic as a traditional Aperol spritz—that ultra-trendy aperitif that’s somehow both sweet and bitter, marked by its vibrant orange hue—but the eponymous Lambrusco, a sweet red wine that stands in for Prosecco, punches up the flavor. Served on ice in an oversized glass and garnished with a rustic dried orange slice and sprig of mint, the drink just begs to be snapped—then sipped.
