Tandoori Nite has been serving food out of a truck since before food trucks were cool. This little dhaba (mobile food trailer) is only open at night, as the name would imply, but it keeps late hours: until midnight every day of the week except Tuesdays. Because it’s not within city limits, Tandoori Nite is able to have a tidy, covered seating area with ample room to spread out, although just as many people take its signature tandoori chicken and garlic naan to go. Don’t be fooled by the creamy look of its saag paneer or goat korma; the heat on both will blow your mind.
