In addition to the usual suspects of combination plates, El Tapatio's menu boasts four varieties of menudo and an entire page of seafood including ceviches and various preparations of whole tilapia. The beef dishes star, however, with standouts being the sautéed beef cheeks, steak fajitas and the costillas de res (short ribs served with all the fajita fixings). Don't forget some change for the jukebox.
