Our favorite Teotihuacán location on Airline in the Heights is tough to miss: just look for the bright pink building with a packed parking lot. Teotihuacán’s popularity can be traced to a few important things: excellent grilled platters (the shrimp parrillada is tough to beat), cheap but tasty margaritas, belly-filling breakfasts, and seafood specials like our favorite: snapper al cilantro, in a light lemon-butter sauce that lets the delicate, flaky red snapper shine through. Loud parties are welcome on the boisterous covered patio, while the calmer dining room usually plays host to family dinners and friends enjoying the generous happy hour.
