Jamie and Dalia Zelko, formerly of Zelko Bistro, bring their sustainable ethic to Evelyn's Park with a restaurant that serves everything from three meals a day to yoga classes. Practically everything is made from scratch, from the house-cured pastrami on the Rubenstein on Rye, to the cheese boards that feature honey from the owners' own hives.
