Description

Vincent's sits tucked away in a cozy courtyard off West Dallas with its two sister restaurants, Vincent's and Nino's, its own tiny corner of Tuscany. The old world trattoria-style decor is warm and inviting, and it's not uncommon to be hypnotized by the racks of chickens lazily on the rotisserie. The specialty bird is served by the quarter, half or whole atop garlic mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables. The other go-to dish, Veal Vincent, is a breaded sautéed veal with Parmigiano, artichoke hearts and a just-tart-enough lemon butter sauce.
